About
Welcome to Karrak Interactive.
I’m Rachel Kuptz. After working in SEO agencies and managing online reputation management clients, I started Karrak Interactive to help out businesses that had been hurt by negative mentions in the search engines.
My own experience ranges from working in the public relations department of a large corporation to managing the SEO and PPC accounts for a small agency. I’ve also launched and sold an affiliate website, managed and promoted niche blogs, optimized pay per click campaigns and landing pages to sell affiliate products and services, and wrote successful press releases and sales letters to promote a variety of businesses. In 2009, after working with a variety of online reputation management (ORM) clients, I decided to focus solely on ORM.
My promise to you is that I’ll be available. My work day doesn’t start at 9 A.M. then end at 5 P.M. and I know that in most businesses, neither does yours.
For more information about online reputation management, please take a look at any of my blog posts, contact me for a proposal, or leave a comment and I’ll address any ORM specific questions.
You can also find me at rachelkuptz.com, girly-drinks.com, blogging about Detroit and Royal Oak at the Urbane Blog, and twittering at rachelkuptz or girlydrinks. I try to be as transparent as possible and have left a big footprint online, but feel free to ask as many questions as you need – when choosing an online reputation management vendor, you want to feel secure in your decision.
